If you are splitting the beef between multiple people, please remember that you are responsible for the cut sheet on the WHOLEanimal and for picking it up and paying for it. We can split a whole beef between 2 parties that each want a custom cut half. Please have the other party call us and we will do their contract and cut sheet separately from yours. Whole beef pricing will apply to both of you.

A quarter of a hog, this bundle includes 18 pounds of sausage (your choice of sausage), 1 roast, 6 packages of chops (12 total), 6 pounds of bacon, and 1 rack of spare ribs.

BY THE CUT:
Turkey: $5/pound
Approx $70 - 90. We aim for an average bird between 15 to 18 pounds. Turkeys are available starting the first weekend in November.
Whole Lamb: $9/pound hanging weight
Approx. $500-800. $150 Deposit. Yields between 50-70 lbs. of finished cuts.
Pekin Duck: $9/pound
We aim for an average bird between 5 to 7 pounds. Our ducks are raised in small batches. Please give us a call to reserve your duck so we can make sure we have enough.

And, from May 23- October 1, We are available for Saturday order pick up at the Backyard Market located in the lot by the Black Forest Community Center off Black Forest Road. The Market is open from 9-1pm. When you order, be sure to tell us which location you would like to pick up from.
